I came to this dentist on a recommendation because I couldn't get into mine on a weekend. I had a tooth that was causing extreme pain. They fit me in last minute, and found the issue. They did a great job treating the tooth, and gave me a really detailed explanation on what was going on.

The entire staff at Auburn Dental Care is kind, caring, professional, and understanding. It has been wonderful to have a dentist office near my home with people I trust that offers convenient hours and services. They've got an xbox in the waiting room, which is handy (during non Covid times) for days when we have to schedule back to back visits for the kids or even if I have to wait for my appointment, and while you are having your own appointment there are tvs in your exam/cleaning room and you can choose what you watch if you want a distraction to avoid the whole awkward pressure to fill the time talking to someone while their hands are in your mouth.

I really like Auburn Dental Care. I think you might too. You should give them a try.

I went in for my first root canal. Wendy on the phone was very friendly and helpful because we experienced a bit of difficulty with my insurance. She was patient and gave me a call back and helped schedule an appointment around my work schedule. On the day of my appointment I was very nervous but Geena and Dr. Holden were very gentle with my teeth and made sure I was okay throughout the entire time. They even offered me a blanket! Not to mention their office was extremely clean and neat. I was recommended by a family relative who are their patients in this clinic. They had told me a good feedback that the doctor who did their SRP cleaning has a very light hand which they did not feel the anesthesia being administered to them. I myself has a big fear of needles but I have given it a try. Today was my first cleaning appointment and yes!! I did not even feel the needle punctured my gums and the anesthesia being administered. I loved how they handled my fear of needle. The DA was friendly too. I am recommending this place to friends and relatives ☺️

I have been with my current dentist for about 40 years.  He retired and his son took it over.  There has been some staff turnover and it's just not the "same".  I don't typically like change but when a toothache suddenly came on I wanted a dentist that is available the next day...which is a Saturday.

Found Dr. Clauson online and made an online appointment.  His practice is located in a strip mall at the Auburn Outlet Collection.  Closer to my home than my current dentist.  While I was in the lobby waiting he came out and introduced himself and said he would be right with me.  Gina his dental assistant (very awesome) took me back and listened to my concerns and took X-Rays.  They were available immediately and when the Dr returned he put them up on the TV screen and explain in detail what I needed and that he could take care of it right then.  My request for gas during the procedure was met with no resistance.  If there is any concern about it is that insurance doesn't cover it and it was a $75.00 charge.  Its Ok, hopefully insurance allows it for major procedures.  Anyway, he came in and gave me the shot and the first one I didn't even feel it.  A 2nd shot was needed in a different area and he let me know I would feel a little poke.  It was quick and did not hurt at all.

The procedure was a deep cleaning of one tooth and the surrounding gums.  He was very thoroug and wanted to make sure I didn't feel anything.  I didn't during any of the work and my gums were tender.

I would suggest you give him a try for your dental needs.  He has all the latest and greatest equipment , a super staff and he does nearly anything you need without having to send you out to another "specialist"   This includes the dreaded root canals, implants, and just about everything else.

He is building his practice and is open everyday except Mondays.  They stay open late during the week, are there on Saturdays and some Sundays.  You won't be disappointed and before or after you are done Starbucks is next door to his office.

Truly an AMAZING Dentist.  Look I have no Anxiety in my life until it comes to dentists.  I will ask to be put under for a cleaning.  I’ve had some bad dental experiences to say the least and avoid them at all cost.  These guys gave the best experience I’ve had in my life and I got a root canal!

Dr Clausen is A phenomenal dentist,  from explaining ever step of the procedure,  his technic, to his calm and confident demeanor.  I felt not one once of discomfort during the whole procedure except to test how bad the cavity was and even let me know how bad that would be.  When putting on the crown did several test fittings and trial runs to make sure it fit like a glove.  Last time I got a crown the just put it on and took over a year to fit right.  Even when I got the numbing shots he has this technique where you won’t even feel it.

Gina his assistant is an absolute GANGSTA!  She was so nice gentle and  professional.  She would explain everything she was doing as she was doing so their’d be no surprises.  Super knowledgeable,  bet she coulda did whole procedure by herself.  She did a great job of relieving my anxiety from the get go.

Even Gina up front was warm and welcoming from the start.  The day I couldn’t put up with it anymore ever dentist I called, the person who answered seemed as if I was an inconvenience or a waste of their time but not her.  Was concerned about my problem and got me in right away.

Guys if you have any reservations about seeing a Dentist I PROMISE you this will be best experience you can have.  If you feel your dentist “OK” or even good give them a shot..... you’ll switch

Friendliest staff I have ever had in a dental office espically the front desk. She took the time to tell me what my insurance cover and what it doesn't without a single complaint about taking that extra time. The dentist was really friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he is doing and how it affect me in the long run. The place is also clean and modern and with plenty of TV screen right above you and in front of you which can be very handy if you bringing in kids for distraction. My father is a perfectionist and very frugal with his money so choosing this Dr. truly says a lot. My father has no pain anymore and smiles all the time and it has changed his life forever. I am very grateful to Dr. Clauson and will recommend him always. My family and I don’t even live In Washington and my dad flew there specifically to see this dentist.  Full mouth reconstruction with implants is very serious and should only be done by the best of the best.  🙂
